I Heart Keto Mart (founded by Erika Ward) is a brand created to support individuals on their keto journey by offering products rated for ingredient quality. While working with IHKM, I designed her website, launched an educational course for beginners, developed a “Kicking Off With Keto” booklet, and co-created a recipe book featuring Erika’s favorite high-protein, high-fat meals to help customers reach ketosis. I also designed Instagram brand templates to establish a consistent, professional look and feel across social posts.

“Kicking Off With Keto” is a 24-page guide that walks readers through everything they need to know about starting the keto diet. The book is organized into 8 simple steps designed to make the transition smooth and approachable. Written by Erika herself, it distills everything she’s learned from her own journey into clear, easy-to-follow advice. Geared toward beginners who may be unfamiliar with keto, the book also explains the science behind the diet to provide a deeper understanding of its effects on the body.
